The company has observed a shift in operators’ interest from Tier-1 markets to emerging Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. What do you think is driving this change, and how are you positioning to support operators in these regions?
In mature markets, operators face growing barriers: tighter regulations, shrinking margins, and a crowded field where it’s tough to stand out. Operating there is like running on a treadmill that just keeps speeding up. In emerging markets, those barriers are lower, which creates room for operators to move faster and achieve profitability sooner. These smaller markets can’t match Tier-1 scale, but they offer something better: speed and flexibility. Our job at GR8 Tech is to help operators launch fast and track what works. We’ve built market-specific setups into our platform: local payment options, languages, betting strategies, compliance features, and more. Instead of spending months customizing a one-size-fits-all platform, operators can go live with everything localized in weeks, not months. Our data proves this: one client reached operational breakeven in 12 months instead of the European average of 3–4 years, and another client hit USD 1 million GGR within four months in the MENA region. These results come from geo-specific presets on our platform, so operators can launch quickly and profitably.
As a provider offering both sportsbook and casino solutions, what trends are you seeing in each vertical, and how are you adapting your product roadmap to align with operator and player demands?
Both sportsbook and casino are heading in the same direction: operators want control over what players see and do, without having to deal with all the technical headaches behind the scenes. In sportsbook, everyone wants more flexibility. Some operators just want to tweak colors and layouts easily. Others want to build something completely custom. We handle both, from drag-and-drop customization with our widget-based frontend to the upcoming API Sportsbook that lets operators build their own frontend from scratch using our backend. We’re also seeing demand for managed services, so we’re working on a fully managed sportsbook where we handle many crucial things while operators focus on growing their business. Casino is different. The focus is less on adding features and more on seamless integration and performance. Our Hyper Turnkey solution brings sportsbook and casino together in one package, maximizing cross-sell and player lifetime value. In emerging regions, we are also strengthening our Aff.Tech platform with the Agent module, supporting cash-driven acquisition models that fit local player behavior. Our continuous developments ensure operators can capture demand in both verticals with efficient, performance-driven solutions that translate directly into measurable business outcomes.
What key messages will GR8 be sharing at September’s Lisbon event?
At SBC Lisbon 2025, our key message is Activate the Heavyweight. The Heavyweight Club has been evolving into a strong community of operators who understand what it takes to build businesses that endure, adapt, and consistently perform under pressure. Lisbon is where we will show what that resilience looks like and invite other serious operators to join. The Heavyweight Club is simple: it’s about results. We’ll show how the right mindset plus solid execution equals real performance you can measure. With GR8 Tech backing you, you’re set up to win.
How to make a difference in an increasingly competitive landscape, particularly when it comes to flexibility, integration, and time-to-market for operators?
Differentiation in our space is not about adding more features but rather removing friction for operators. Too many providers still deliver rigid, fragmented systems that slow businesses down. We built GR8 Tech to do the opposite. Our products are designed as modular but seamlessly connected into an ecosystem. Whichever route they take, the result is the same: lower operational overhead, faster launches, and platforms that adapt to local market specifics instead of forcing workarounds. Balancing speed with control is where we stand out. Operators shouldn’t have to choose between launching fast and having something that fits their strategy. With us, they get both, and our clients’ numbers prove it leads to faster profitability and better long-term results.
What is your future stratey in terms of product development, geographic expansion, and technology investment?
Our strategy for 2026 is built around three clear priorities: staying ahead on product, focusing on the right regions, and investing in the right technology. We are the Platform for Champions, built to drive serious growth for clients wherever they operate. Product-wise, we’re launching the API Sportsbook and crypto platform soon. The API gives operators complete control over their sportsbook frontend. Crypto opens up new ways to handle payments and engage players. We’re also expanding our managed trading into a fully managed sportsbook package. Early results show it significantly boosts client profitability. Geo-wise, we’re doubling down on MENA, Southeast Asia, some underexplored European regions and, of course, Tier-2 and 3 markets throughout LatAm. These regions reward speed and adaptability, and our geo-specific presets allow operators to reach profitability much faster than oversaturated established markets.
