How did the idea of developing a product as innovative as BINGAZO come about and what issues did you take into account when designing it?
I was programming poker league software for a local casino and arrived early to give a demonstration. A bingo attendant told me the largest prize of the day was up for grabs, so I bought 18 tickets. The only issue was that I couldn’t keep up with all the numbers as they were being called. My mind automatically began to wonder if there wasn’t a way to automate the process. I went home and began the task of coding a prototype for testing my game logic idea. I just wanted to solve a problem. The traditional way seemed so outdated and inefficient: meters of coaxial cable and rudimentary displays for verifying tickets, keeping track of games, special video cards, and signal splitters. With a game logic perspective, I knew people would love the new interconnected way to play the game. That was the catalyst and I spent the next 2 years programming to create BINGAZO.
What would you say are the main features of BINGAZO, and what advantages does it offer, both for players and for land-based and online gaming operators?
BINGAZO’s ease of use and interconnectivity of hardware, game managers, and players make it a win-win for bingo operators and players alike. Operators can seamlessly broadcast multiple channels of live information, such as game ID, prizes, called numbers, animated bingo balls, video, flashboard, and more to an unlimited number of screens ranging from television monitors to tablets & cell phones, all in real-time over the Internet. Players can connect via Wi-Fi to have their tickets automatically verified, which lets them easily play an unlimited number of tickets and increase their odds of winning. Operators love it because this system can dramatically increase their sales.
What are the advanced technical aspects of the product, such as an intuitive Game Control Dashboard, a powerful database, its Display App, the latest Web-socket technology, and the ability to transmit Live Video?
BINGAZO features several advanced cloud-based web technologies that work together to create this immersive multiplayer bingo game environment. Through a persistent bi-directional connection, game operators, television monitors, and players are all connected using a websocket communication protocol, allowing realtime interaction. The BINGAZO Display App can be downloaded on Android devices and smart TVs, while the BINGAZO App Stick can be used with older TVs. This makes long wires, splitters, and reception issues obsolete. Players can scan a QR code from a nearby monitor or a printed material to instantly connect with BINGAZO as a Progressive Web App (PWA), no matter what phone they have. Turning to the video component, BINGAZO comes with a mountable webcam and the capability to transmit live video to flashboard monitors and connected devices. Players can watch each bingo ball emerge. The dashboard is beautifully built, easy to use, and handles all aspects of the game. When the game is over, managers can tap into the BINGAZO database to see every ticket sold, what the payouts and profits were, who won, and more. Bingo managers have never had analytics like this at their disposal, and players have never had a bingo experience like this.
There are several Latin American countries where bingo is a one of players’ favorite games. At the same time, online gaming is growing on the continent, as well as new gambling rooms are being opened in different territories. Do you believe this is the best landscape for your company to introduce and expand your product in the region?
I can assure that BINGAZO was created for Latin American markets, since it’s based on the 90 ball version of bingo. Operators will reduce their overall costs for equipment because BINGAZO converts any TV into a bingo flashboard, and it can all be run from any device that’s connected to the web. Now is the perfect time to introduce BINGAZO since it delivers the flawless connectivity that people have come to expect in entertainment.
What goals do you have for this year when it comes to contacting operators interested in your proposal?
Taking into account BINGAZO is a dynamic and innovative multiplayer platform, our goal this year is to connect with leading casino operators and distribution partners.
