Global gaming content and technology company Aristocrat Gaming announced it has launched the Aristocrat Families Hub in partnership with Parents At Work, further enabling its people to bring their best selves to work. An addition to its Diversity and Inclusion program, this will be an invaluable tool to support their global teams and leaders to create an inspiring, supportive and inclusive workplace, whatever their caring responsibility may look like. Through access to interactive resources, webinars, podcasts, and tailored courses, the manufacturer looks forward to seeing its employees thrive both personally and professionally.
Parents At Work is a membership-based organization providing Employee Benefits in the form of work + family education and policy advisory services. This group bridges the work and home divide by embedding flexibility, wellbeing, parental transition and wider caring services to enable workplaces and their people to thrive.
