ICE London 2024 took place this week in the United Kingdom. Which were the highlights of your company’s participation in the exhibition?
We had a meeting room at SG28 to showcase our payment solutions for the iGaming sector, with an exclusive space for networking and meetings. Visitors could learn about Pay4Fun’s wonderful solutions and its role in the iGaming financial market in Brazil. During the event, the ICE VOX series of conferences covered various topics related to the latest global gaming developments. Ari Celia, Director of Institutional Relations and Co-Founder of Pay4Fun, participated in a panel discussing Brazil’s new sports betting regulatory framework, alongside government and gaming sector authorities such as Jose Francisco Manssur (Ministry of Finance), Ronan Moreira (State Lotteries of Minas Gerais), and Roberto Carvalho Brasil Fernandes (Brasil Fernandes Advogados). Meanwhile, I delivered a lecture on the macroeconomic analysis of Brazil’s current political and economic outlook, as well as perspectives on payments in the regulated market.
In your opinion, what were the main industry topics discussed in the educational conversations you mentioned before?
Brazil was a topic of interest at ICE 2024 as the largest online gaming market in Latin America. The Brazilian law was approved at the end of 2023, making ICE the first significant event after its enforcement, adding a symbolic sense to the occasion. The whole Latin American continent was also a focus of this trade show. Online gaming segment in LatAm is rapidly expanding, providing an opportunity for operators and suppliers to connect with key industry players. Additionally, the future of the iGaming industry was a central theme, covering crucial trends, the impact of regulation on the sector, and the challenges and opportunities it presents.
In 2023, Pay4Fun forged numerous partnerships and integrations with firms such as Betfast, Arzella, and Bellona. Do you consider the last one as another relevant year of growth for your business?
The evaluation of Pay4Fun’s performance and progress was highly positive, surpassing our expectations. We experienced growth in all key indicators, including revenue, profit, customer base, and employees. After achieving the milestone of over 500 integrations, we also strengthened our presence with global players, particularly in Latin America.
What will 2024 bring to your company?
Pay4Fun’s key projects include continuing to grow in revenue and profit, launching new products and services that meet the needs of end customers, expanding our presence and acquiring new clients, developing new products and services relevant to players, and optimizing user experiences. We are confident of achieving these objectives.
