GR8_TECH has just launched Managed Trading Services. Tell us more about it.
Managed Trading Services is a natural extension of what GR8_TECH already does well. It’s designed for operators and B2B platforms that already own their sportsbook technology but want to improve the intelligence, efficiency, and profitability behind it. With MTS, we combine our sports feed, proprietary odds, mathematical models, professional trading expertise, and advanced risk management into a single service. So rather than replacing an operator’s existing platform or frontend, we strengthen the most complex part of the operation: pricing, bet acceptance, player risk, and overall margin management. We help clients reduce dependency on expensive data providers, avoid the limitations of scraped feeds, and scale without having to grow a large 24/7 trading team internally. At the same time, operators benefit from low-latency data, strong coverage, and an in-house trading team that can respond to specific operational needs. MTS gives operators more control over performance and cost. They keep their sportsbook, brand, and customer experience; we provide trading intelligence to help them run it more efficiently and profitably.
For whom is MTS a better fit than just full GREAT_SPORTSBOOK?
MTS is a better fit for operators that already have their own sportsbook technology; their frontend, PAM, wallet, and core platform—and don’t need a full replacement. In that case, taking the full GR8_SPORTSBOOK would be more than they need. What they may actually be looking for is better data, stronger pricing, more sophisticated risk management, and access to professional trading expertise. That’s exactly where MTS fits. We effectively plug into the sportsbook they already have and provide the intelligence behind it: our feed, mathematical models, proprietary odds, player segmentation, bet-level risk management, and trading support. It’s particularly relevant for operators that want to reduce reliance on expensive data providers, improve margins, or scale without building a much larger 24/7 trading team. Simply put, if you need the full sportsbook stack, GR8_SPORTSBOOK is the right solution. If you already own the stack and want to make the trading behind it smarter and more efficient, MTS is the better fit.
Football is a clear favorite when it comes to sports in LatAm. Are there any underrated markets or entire sports in the region that operators leave money on?
Football is obviously dominant in LatAm, but I think Esports vertical is still underrated in terms of its potential for operators. The local Esports scene is very strong, and player interest is already there. The key is not to force something completely different, but to ensure you offer the events and competitions that players genuinely want to engage with. Titles like Counter-Strike and Dota are strong globally, and we see that reflected in LatAm as well. For operators looking to diversify beyond football and traditional local leagues, Esports can be a very meaningful part of the sportsbook strategy.
How did the World Cup change the LatAm betting landscape this year?
The World Cup is one of those events that shapes the entire year for sportsbook operators. Marketing budgets, acquisition campaigns, promotions, product planning; much of the strategy is built around them. For LatAm specifically, this World Cup was especially important because the tournament was hosted in the Americas. The match times were much more favorable for audiences across the region than for markets in Europe or Asia, which naturally created stronger opportunities for engagement. We saw the same with our clients. There was a lot of preparation around the tournament, both commercially and technically, because you have to be ready for significant peaks in traffic and betting activity. From the GR8_TECH side, I’m also very happy with how the platform performed. We handled the World Cup traffic without technical issues, which is exactly what operators need during an event of this scale.
Back to MTS: what’s on the roadmap and where does the product will go in the next 12-18 months?
One of the key areas on the MTS roadmap is deeper segmentation and more control for operators. By the end of the year, we’re planning to introduce odds and margin segmentation within MTS. That will allow operators to apply different pricing and margin strategies depending on the player segment, rather than treating the entire player base in the same way. We see this as a key differentiator, as a high level of flexibility remains quite uncommon in managed trading solutions.
