Bringing together 24 contributors across eight countries, this Special Edition provides one of the most comprehensive multi-stakeholder reflections to date on the challenges, opportunities, and reforms shaping sports betting integrity across Latin America.
In this context, Chapter 4 features the article “The Role of Media and Industry Events in Public Perception of Integrity in Sports and Betting,” written by Roman Frymer, Co-Founder and Content Manager at G&M News, a SIGA Media Partner and the only outlet in the gaming industry to hold this role.
Regarding his participation, Frymer stated: “It is truly an honor for me and for all of G&M News -as a media partner of SIGA– to have been invited to write an article for the Sport Integrity Journal. This privilege is even greater when I consider the caliber of the contributors, who are specialists from the Latin American gaming sector and around the world. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity SIGA gave me to share the experiences of G&M News and G&M Events, and to explain why integrity in sports and betting is a cornerstone of our daily job. As a media outlet, we have an obligation to convey and promote integrity both within and outside the industry. We will continue along this path, working together with SIGA and our other industry partners.”
