What ‘evolution’ means to you and how would you describe the transformation of your company to GR8 Tech?
For me, evolution is all about keeping pace with the changing environment, striving for growth and constantly adapting to stay ahead of the curve. This is exactly what led us to transform to GR8 Tech from Parimatch Tech: our growth and drive to always provide the best solutions for our clients. We have developed solutions that exceed the needs of just one operator, which is why we recognized the need to expand our expertise to serve other iGaming operators who can benefit from some truly great tech. Pun intended.
Which are the technological advantages of your company that will help achieve the vision of becoming ‘a lifetime partner for operators’?
The answer to this question is more about service rather than technology. In addition to our technology solutions, we offer an operational product for effective business management and smooth development of technologic solutions. It includes processes like iterative product improvement according to the dynamic needs of the client, customer support, risk management, client retention management and so on; a full package to support the business in any way throughout our cooperation.
Customization, flexibility, innovation, highly scalable, seamless gaming experience are all empty words if you can’t prove your solution applies them all in a daily process. Do you have any examples or ideas to share with our readers about how your company can help operators to enhance their platforms, engage new players and increase revenues?
Our platform’s performance during major global sporting events, such as the World Cup, is an excellent example of its capabilities. GR8 Tech’s platform boasts 99.95% uptime and can handle up to 80,000 sports bets and a million settlement processes per minute, serving millions of active players worldwide. Operators can rely on a stable gaming experience, even during sharp increases in loads. Introducing new features is another effective way to enhance player experience and engagement. Operators may have unique requirements based on various factors, and we are prepared to accommodate personalized requests for new features. Our short cloud-based development TTM allows us to deliver high-quality features promptly. That’s just a few examples, but I can talk about it non-stop, so let’s stop here for the interview not to turn into an op-ed.
From my point of view, having worked directly with players before is a competitive advantage that your company can now leverage. What have you learned from that previous bond with players that you think can be very useful now in this new stage of collaboration with operators?
I’m sure that the most valuable skills are not the hard ones that can be learned through resources and focus, but rather the soft skills that require the right environment, good mentors, and innate qualities. The same is true in the world of iGaming, where our most valuable asset from our B2C experience is not in user data, which is readily available to everyone given the right price. Instead, we have learned how to think like a B2C customer. While others may focus on following trends and responding to data, we focus on understanding the underlying pain points of our customers, which enables us to provide effective solutions.
What place will LatAm have in GR8 Tech’s horizon, considering the high volume of bets in the region, the passion of their players, and the advancement of iGaming regulations in different markets, including Brazil?
Being aware of the LatAm market potential, we have been closely monitoring its development. With our platform already operating in Peru, we have a deep understanding of the region’s cultural and regulatory peculiarities, which puts us in a unique position to help operators navigate the complexities of the market. At GR8 Tech, we are currently in a waiting game like many other industry players, anticipating the eventual regulation of more LatAm markets. Our team possesses extensive experience and expertise in successfully launching iGaming operators into newly regulated markets, so we are excited to bring that knowledge to the table. We aim to partner with clients who share our eagerness to enter the LatAm market, and achieve rapid and efficient growth with our solutions.
For G&M News, the education of both operators and players is essential. In this sense, looking into the future, how will your company educate the online gaming industry to understand and anticipate the changes to come, using the cutting-edge technology you provide?
In my opinion, iGaming players are always looking for the next exciting experience and often are the early adopters of new digital solutions, therefore they don’t necessarily require a lot of education on the technology side of things. From our experience, the future of educating the online gaming industry lies in staying flexible and adaptable to the changing market demands. It’s up to the operators to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the market, and provide a seamless and thrilling gaming experience to their customers. As a B2B company, we understand the importance of staying nimble and agile in order to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the industry. With our strong understanding of both B2B and B2C business, we can help operators anticipate changes and provide solutions that cater to their specific needs.
